      Pros

      Working downtown is cool. There's a lot to do near by.

      Cons

      If you enjoy being over worked and not being appreciated this is the place for you. Leadership is wildly unqualified and is constantly throwing their employees under the bus.

      Pros

      Very chill job once you get the hang of most aspects of production. Directors are nice for the most part. Everyone at least appears to be nice to you. A lot of downtime between productions, which can be either a pro or con depending on the person. Left a lot of time to do homework, use restroom etc.

      Cons

      Full-timers can be rude, misunderstanding, or unprofessional. A lot of shady stuff seems to be going on behind the scenes.
