I love the community. Students are mostly engaged.

Some lack of communication for part time employees.

Really amazing people and staff. You can expect people who are passionate about God and find purpose in what they do. Lead qualifying is a difficult job that consists of calling hundreds of people a day. However, it’s a rewarding job when you talk with students, encourage them in their faith, and sell them the value of the university.

I can’t think of any cons. You may consider the actual job a con if don’t like the idea of calling students all day long. Cold calling isn’t fun all the time but it’s rewarding when you get to talk with students.
