Employees are territorial in the dept have no etiquette bossy and rude in the beverage Dept other co workers seem ok company has very low wages probably about 8 to 10 $ less per hour then the strip just saying. not a con but most employees are up there in age, edr has vending machine company only gives 10$ a week for food. I'm amazed how some of the negative employees have been allowed to keep their job for years and years being rude to guest and new employees. I hope the new management company cleans house soon or they will be stuck with all the bad apples and lose new ppl. The long time employees think they are privilege to call off etc because they have worked there so long however they need to understand that, that can become a burden to other employees that may want to have a day off as scheduled without being called in to cover etc. The person who trained me continuously told me how everyone pretty much but her is a idiot literally lol not a good impression on me for sure while cussing etc very unprofessional. also the training is to long. if I was the company I would host a large job fair and bring in a large mass of new people seriously. I don't recommend working here until the company gets rid of these 30 plus year workers that think they own you and the company. This is one rebellious group of people.
