Horrible place to work! - Anonymous employee Arive Employee Review

The most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. The Co founders are incredibly inexperienced with both of them never having worked before. The other management feels like a boy gang with no idea what they are doing. Layoffs have been happening for one year now with every layoff being promised as the last one. Most employees are depressed or suffering from some sort of mental health issues due to the way they are treated. Company objectives keep changing every few months. I am surprised the company has not gone bankrupt yet.
