      Pros

      Location is good. Closer to railway station. Office is modern. Not much work.

      Cons

      Unethical higher management. Will lick your back to get their way and show you the road when done. Next to no career progression. The organisation is so badly done, its confusing even to do daily job. Technology is outdated. You would be looked down while applying outside from here. Gambling, an industry known to create harm to others like tobacco or alcohol.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
