      Travel to all parts of country, Europe, Bahamas, Cruise lines, heath benefits, good teammates, good managers, learn something new each day, never a dull moment, great pay, bonuses, 401k, stock

      Cons

      smoke from players, most players don't respect customer service, payers are too consumed with free play, dinners, drawings, points

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
