Pros

Flexible schedule, insurance so so, some talented co-workets.

Cons

Management is a failure, politics heavy, top heavy to many chiefs not enough Indians. Projects cannot move forward without any direction, communication its the worst. Management is not talented everybody hits walls during projects and nobody helps out. Not sure why aristocrat not sending somebody to evaluate the studio performance. Not a good place to work if you're project driven you'll be stuck in neutral for long periods of time. Insurance is not best, PTO time it is the worst I've seen. Promotion are based on political status not achievements.

Pros

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
