Pros
For school based, you get paid time off when the school gets time off. The breaks are amazing and one of the only pros to working here. You get guaranteed hours towards licensure. It's a non profit so it qualifies for student loan forgiveness.
Cons
LOW pay! They give "productivity" incentives so if you work yourself to the bone, you might make what you're worth but you'll burn yourself out while doing it. If you go under productivity, you get weekly emails micromanaging you about how far you are behind in your work. It's an agency so you'll be seeing clients outside your comfort level or area of expertise, and any recommendations you have will go overlooked. There are NO raises or salary increases. You get ONE raise after 5 years which is the same across the board, no matter how much training or licenses you have. Don't expect quality supervision either - get your supervisor from an outside source.
