      Pros

      Enjoyed working with a number of very bright people while supporting an interesting government customer base - feel good about supporting the mission.

      Cons

      The biggest negative was working with extremely controlling senior management. The company is dominated by the presence of the CEO engaging into all aspects of day-to-day management to the detriment of the employees.

      Pros

      Great leadership team, Benefits, Bounsues, and great team all around.

      Cons

      The only real con is that the company is very selective when spending money on "wants". But in the end, that helps you as an employee because it keeps the bonuses high.

      -Profit Sharing -Flexible PTO and banking PTO

      Cons

      -Although PTO is flexible and you can bank hours, there is no holiday PTO and PTO does not increase the more years your in the company. -Base Pay will be lower compared to other companies, profit sharing and 401k do make up for it.
