      Pros

      The team is supportive and always ready to help learn and grow under pressure as long as the higher-ups don't get to know about it. Amongst a good paying startup, so if you can ignore the clutter and toxicity you will enjoy the employee benefits for the time spent.

      Cons

      Having good relationships with inter-gender colleagues or colleagues in different teams is always considered a taboo at Arintra. The higher authority practices impulsive behaviour and handles things aggressively. I appreciate the tech and idea considering it in early-stage but things get difficult as reckless decisions by the founders put a barrier for management to function for the good of employees.

      Pros

      HOE & Director of Engineering is truely amazing and exceptionally talented. I really admire there approach to work—there style is not only efficient but also very thoughtful and well-structured. The way they handles tasks, communicates ideas, and stays consistent reflects a high level of professionalism. It’s genuinely inspiring to see someone work with such clarity and dedication The TA team has shown outstanding support across the entire journey from coordination to the offer process. It is rare to see an HR team put in such consistent effort and commitment.

      Cons

      There is good exposure, and with a bit more structured growth planning, it could become even better.
