Pros

Stellar core customer base with deeply integrated solutions set. The product was deep and rich and at its core there were solid people who were very loyal.

Cons

Too little too late. Some of the staff felt entitled, some felt they were indispensable and others, due to a lack of inherited leadership were given free reign. New leadership was brought in, changed the team and discarded the entitled. The company was able to tread water but not grow. Not a good long term prescription for any company.

Pros

As with all companies, there are peak times when overtime is required, however Arigo is a very flexible place that allows you to find a good balance between work and life.

Cons

Knowledge transfer is a challenge due the complexity of the products. Subject Matter Experts have been so long with the company that have developed a bias to protect the product rather than innovate and adjust to market needs.

Pros

Great customer list which makes it look like a viable company.

Cons

The CEO is a good technologist but awful as a manager/coworker. Virtually everyone in the company and the board of directors quit or was laid off. The company has dwindled to him, one other person, and a development team in China. It's also changed it's name even though the website doesn't reflect that. They've only had one new customer in the last 10 years.
