Flat company managment structure lets interns see how a startup is run and allows direct communication with managers. Supportive environmnet where your work is valued and allowed to make an impact.
Cons
Since the company is so small, there isn't a large amount of resources devoted to interns. Most of the work you do will be independent, although you can always ask for more direction
