Pros
Small company where you'll get notice, and that's where the problem lies.
Cons
Promotions are based on tenure because folks who are there for many yr end up getting promoted over others who are relatively new. Look up "Peter Principle" and you'll know what I mean. No raises because they want to brainwash you with stock. Don't fall for it becsuse your shares are worth next to nothing.
