      - Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. - No one is ever too busy to help out each other. - Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. - Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations.

      Cons

      None whatsoever! This is an amazing place and you will have a great time.

      Pros

      This company is really moving, with some really exciting and transformative projects. It may not be the place if you want to be a passive passenger but if you want to have meaning in your work, efforts rewarded and want to be involved in making a difference there can be no better place. My friends and co-workers are always friendly, helpful and working hard. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advice, help or just to chat.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything currently that I think is a negative.
