Business outlook
Pros
1.Time flexibity and suportive seniors (a few) 2. Decent salary as fresher. 3. GOOD Work life balance but depends on your project manager and TL. Some seniors are very good. They treat you like their own and family like environment.
Cons
1. Too much favorotism. If someone has connection with higher authority in any ways, they will be preferred. 2.It was good till last year but now after new management take over , its getting worst. 3. Lay off started. Initially they said we have best job security but laid off many employees recently .But no gujarati got laid off.(favorotism again) 4. Some seniors openly say to lay off employees in Group messages as if they are the CEO.
