Pros
Nice people make present working environment - salary is not competitive comparing some of US companies but environment is friendly
Cons
Considering it's good size - system is like SMB, not well structurered... as mostly employees stayed long, they knew most of stuff and not much these structure is needed but for newbie its time consuming
