Multidisciplinary role involving stockroom and customer service tasks, keeps shifts interesting.

Cons

Increasingly aggressive customers, some becoming physical Poor work/life balance with regular 6/7 days in a row pattern due to management not planning rota's properly Short shifts across many days instead of longer across fewer as management don't want to provide cover for breaks Staff turnover rate incredibly high, new hires brought on far too late to replace those who have left, if any are brought on at all Recent management consolidation, reduced career progression as a result along with increased tasks and pressures for baseline staff, which is not reflected in the pay rate or hours given
