Really friendly team. In store management have good intentions. 10% off is okay I guess.
Cons
No appreciation, we received 5x nectar points Christmas 2023 and nothing Christmas 2024. Lots of lone manning meaning you can’t take breaks which you don’t get paid for. Argos miscalculated how many labour hours they had to spend so some contracted hours had to be worked in the supermarket. Well intentioned but poorly trained management.
