Pros
Good enough environment with friendly and respectful work colleagues. Most of the staff don't mind going a little out of their way or taking a few minutes of their time to be helpful.
Cons
Very low pay is the biggest problem, which I found to be extremely unfair on everyone, and to be the main source of anxiety for staff.
