Pros
Friendly, fun atmosphere. Argos give people chances that other employers might not see fit to do so. They respect the people who drive the business forward. It's like being in a huge family.
Cons
When it's busy, it's busy! Staff can get caught up in the moment and mistakes are then made. The size of some of the deliveries is daunting, and it seems like it will never be done.
