Pros
In my time working for argos I was working for one of the digital concessionary stores. Some of the pros is the training that the put in to employees also breaks are fairly introduced and they're are usually 4 lines of management so if you feel you need to speak to someone there is always someone available.
Cons
headset systems don't understand certain accents which makes the job more difficult, short shifts spread over a lot of days.
