Pros
Learning opportunities. E.g first for skills. A great atmosphere to work most of the time. Opportunities to build. Career in the business. It's a leading retailer. And a constant growing business.
Cons
The technology in alot of stores needs upgrading as this would be a massive benefit for both the customer and the employees. I think the business has been concentrating so much on the new "digital stores" that it has forgotten about the existing stores that have needed upgrading for many years. I think these should have been priority before building new stores.
