1. Pay was terrible. 2. Holiday was terrible. 3. Far too much politics involved to get promoted. 4. Working with the Buying teams had been toxic at times, and generally a team you do not want to be around, despite the need to. 5. Overworked and some managers tend to be over-relaxed, and not really unblocking issues or supporting their teams. 6. The way bonuses are calculated/ allocated to colleagues was totally unfair, and totally flawed. 7. Too many 'no' people, who I feel really don't have customer interest at heart.
