Cons
The constant pressure to sale financial products is a joke, you have to ask EVERY CUSTOMER is they have Argos Card and read from a script prompted on the till screen.THEY expect You to sell this to them and get antsy if you say they refused the offer.This also goes for Product Care and Breakdown Care as well.Some people have just spent about a thousand pounds on a iPhone and now you have to get them to spend more.!! I'm sure Store Managers are on a bonus scheme if they hit monthly targets..I took this job because I loved working with people and the love of technology but this certainly was taken from me... Avoid !!!
