Pros
- great to work with the people ONLY the ones that work hard. - tills is ok

- very rude customers/ pull faces for no reason and customers be rude to you even though you had like 10 delays on your headset but still expecting one picker to pick and give out on collection while other staff workers/team leaders not all but most of them have a chat in the corner and let one person do all the hard work which is not fair at all. - stressful - horrible - very very rude customers ( for no reason but never point fingers at the workers in the corner) - hard job - no help with lifting example bulky items and patio - if you want a job at argos then you are mostly welcome to take a 80 kg washing machine out yourself! - managers treat women equally to men ?! ( seriously) - managers call you random times in to work and think you can work but dont think you might be out of town. - managers expect you to fullfill their needs but when ever you need something in return there is no respond. - managers always pick their favourite staff and let them do what ever they want to do while the less favourite ones work their socks off. list goes on....
