Pros
Good people, innovative and forward thinking organisation. Pulled through a great deal of change and lived to tell the tail!! A challenging few years but definitely in a great position following the Sainsbury's buyout.
Cons
Can be slightly Milton Keynes centric which is tricky if you are based in the north. Also although Sainsbury's is a good move I guess there is always a slight fear of the unknown.
