Pros
Great team of people, with amazing management, quite laid back too but that depends on the people you're working with, but everyone is friendly and welcoming, learnt alot with by being independent and just getting on and doing the job perfect if you're in education
Cons
Really focuses on emails capture which i have no clue why and argos cards and product care... its always more, more and more but i suppose management are of paid performances so better performance the store does the more money they get. Terrible pay at 6.45 a hour, with hardly any hours to actually make a decent wage at the end of month too, i feel like i get way underpaid for what i actually do Not really any progression either, they offer a retail academy program which just looks and sounds awful and time wasting and only applys to argos
