Pros

Flexibility. If you can't work there's generally no hassle just say a couple of days at least beforehand and the management will sort it. Team atmosphere. Depends on store as I've herd but it's a great team to be apart off. Very family like in a way. End of period rewards. Depending on where you come in the store area ladder you tend to get rewarded for the work. Normally it's a meal out or something similar.

Cons

Product Care (insurance) Store cards and add ons are always pestered by management. If you don't get the care you can't really make any hours. Wage is relatively low for the amount of work they expect you to do. If you're busy right until the end of the day and you still have a lot to sort out then you're staying until it's complete yet you don't get paid past closing time. New staff are rushed through training and sometimes starting before they can fully understand the job they have to do. You dont get a bonus for getting any of the items above. You get congratulated and then sent back off to do more. If you want to learn more you get told to come in on your own time and train that way. It's kind of hard if you're working full time and have very little days off.
