- Ability to do top-end consulting work for legal teams at F100 companies (and other clients); good set-up for top MBA (M7) and JD (T10) programs
- Ability to work remotely, with only occasional client/conference travel
- Flexibility offered in work hours, particularly for strong/established performers
- High level of ownership, and ability to contribute to many different parts of firm; meritocratic; opportunities for quick promotion/leadership for strong performers
Cons
- Small (though high-performing) firm, so opportunities to meet/socialize with others in industry come more through client engagement, conferences, etc.
- Less client travel then at large strategy consulting firms (primarily due to nature of work; engagement with corporate legal clients is more often remote)
