- bARGONAUT/Happy Hour every Thursday - Cool art gallery and cultural events - "Unlimited" vacation - You can get in touch and work with very talented people, but they do not last long in the company

Cons

- If you are not a bearded white man, you will hardly be heard or promoted. - Huge lack of communication between execs and employees. - Constant ego battles

Lack of dei, Everyone is boastful, no one connects, it's a siloed place, the people who stay long complain about the atmosphere, there isn't really a lead in creative thinking, the leads are outdated in the ways of creative or not proactive, leadership micromanages
