Thank you for leaving your feedback. By giving too many optimistic opportunities to the wrong individuals we've had a tremendous struggle with fulfilling the roles the agency required. Though structure can be followed, it can't be forced. Since your departure, we can confidently say this has improved in every way with the realization you shouldn't have to beg professionals to fulfill their roles appropriately.
While we are sad you weren't a good fit it has been incredible for us to find the right team members. Not a chance of us closing down any time in the near future as our clients rave about our ability to serve their needs and our current team acknowledges the importance of their responsibilities.
We suggest you take some time to reframe your perspective. When you are hired to do a job the anticipation that you will fulfill that need becomes the expectation. When you aren't profitable to the agency or willing to help formulate successful solutions it becomes unfavorable to both the clients we serve and the agency itself. So think, are you the bully? You came into a role to act as a team member. You were there to serve not be served. You became entitled / unwilling to be a part of the solution. What are we supposed to do in that situation? "close down" is not the answer.
Hope your negativity doesn't follow you into the rest of your life.
