Pros
My experience with Argo has been a modern working experience. The company is very enlightened in their environmental approach towards energy consumption. Everyone I have worked with is team oriented and willing to collaborate with all levels of the workforce. The CEO, Peter Wall, is very personable and goes out of his way to make everyone feel appreciated and acknowledged. I've had the privilege to work on many projects this last year that have had me working with many executives. In this time, I never felt intimidated, instead I have been treated as an equal. I also appreciate that ideas were always attributed to their owners and there is an absence of backstabbing as I have experienced in other corporate situations. There is a lot of work to be done and we all work together to get it done.
Cons
With any remote working situation, communication can be delayed. Fortunately, Argo has made huge strides in improving those response times.
