      Pros

      I have worked for numerous dealers throughout my career and even after working at AOF for more than 5-years, am still impressed with how actively involved management is when I have have an issue and need assitance in coming up with solutions. I have never had this type of support in the past and the AOF approach has saved me and my clients $$ and problems.

      Pros

      Freedom to develop your own work structure as long as some processes are followed. Upbeat environment. Great co-workers. Amazing Marketing team.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Workloads are unevenly distributed. Favoritism makes it impossible to excel. Job descriptions are not clearly written or implemented and so it creates issues among co-workers, because upper management all have different views on who should do what. No training materials available.
