Pros
I think the upper management (and especially ownership) lead by example and are willing to do anything they'd ask someone else to do - from making a transaction behind the front desk to picking up garbage. The company is generous in many ways, but personal time and attention are at the top.
Cons
I think salaries could definitely be higher in order to recruit top level talent at entry level positions all the way up through management. The ceiling is also fairly easy to reach, as there aren't many opportunities for promotion once in management (simply because there aren't positions in place to facilitate that).
