Pros

They have several types of employees. If you are employed on demand you are free to say no to working whenever you need to. You have the possibility to work at different companies and with different people. The management are mannerly and you get payed in time.

Cons

Different ways of logging your hours depending on what company you work at for the day, you never know where or if you work the next day. the company don't pay any of your pension and you can't credit the time for your unemployment fund. You must have another occupation to work on demand, but they make it hard to juggle since they don't keep their promise to inform the employee about the next days hours before 5 pm the day before.

Pros

There are no pros to this company. I gave a star because I have to, I deserves negative stars

Cons

They systematically withdraw pay, refuse to pay what the contract says, and withhold pension and still claim they are in the right. The bosses don't reply to emails and calls with more than a few dismissive words. Stay far far away from them. Sent contract at 8PM and demanded signing before clocking in the next day at 2PM. Sketchy and unprofessional practices.

Pros

Was very easy to get a job with them. One interview and the signing of the contract was very fast.

Cons

Hourly pay was low. Most of the time you were not given a proper schedule in advance but instead you could receive text messages the same day or even up to 30-1 hours before they need you at work. Was very hard to plan when you were required to fill-in for someone.
