The overall approach feels more focused on identifying negatives rather than fostering a supportive, positive environment. At times, interactions could feel passive-aggressive rather than constructive. There is little openness to new ideas, Despite being a Xerox-acquired company, the work environment doesn’t seem to reflect Xerox’s broader ethos. Many in the team seem to feel there is no real path for career progression.
