Arema Connect was my first part time job. It was a great introduction to the working world. I learned a lot from this job and worked with a great team. Pay was very good.

Cons

Callers sometimes abusive but this was out of the control of the business.

Cons

If you want minimal wage, fake promises and feel humiliated like you are not a human being, then this is the place to go. Absolutely shocking treatment of people. Management has zero accountability for their actions. Instead they blame you for their mistakes.
