Cons
This company hires workers to subcontract to other companies, steeling great part of worker´s salary. Paysheet is received at end of month but the salary is deposited in bank account 1 week-10 days later. Training is almost missing and under signing of payments condition that rebound on the trainee. No carrer plans. No promotions.
