The people who work in this agency are nasty and uncaring. The manager in the Cleveland office is the absolute worse and has no problem telling you off. She expects you to read minds and when you make suggestions, she takes offense and then will no longer help you find a job. They should realize their finding jobs for people is their job. Without us, they wouldn't have a job. They need to do some restructuring and get rid of the nasty lady in Cleveland and the unprofessionals in Mayfield.
