Good Entry Office Job - Front Desk Administrator Area Temps Employee Review

The friendly environment backfires sometimes. I do majority of the work while my coworker of the same position does significantly less, but makes about $5 more an hour than I do. I’ve made management aware multiple times and they have yet to speak to her, as they are worried about disrupting the friendliness of the office.
