It is generally progressive in how it adapts, learns, and improves its processes, and there is a clear effort to broaden capabilities across the business. This contributes positively to job security and future resilience.

In my opinion, pay progression can be difficult, even for employees with solid experience and consistent performance. Workloads are often higher than they should be and would benefit from being spread across additional resources or more realistic programme timelines.
