- People are really competent and I've found some really powerfull brains in there such as a good knowledge of Private Equity principles. - More than competive wages with many advantages. - Workplace is really nice

- Training - HR: lack of interest in the career and the satisfaction of employees - It's sometimes difficult to manage with the all corridors discussion and the reputation is a key factor.
