I loved working at Ardex Labs because I was always busy. The sales team are the nicest people i had worked with so far. There was never a duel moment at Ardex.

One of the downsides of working there I had to leave necause I was in a smei serious car accident in 2014 so I had to quite because I could not proform my duties at that time.

Pay is slightly more than industry average; Most people are friendly

Seriously toxic working environment; No on-boarding training, you will have to leave your dignity at the door and get scolded by a lab director who's lab practices and operations are stuck in the 1980's. He will talk down on the owners behind their back. Do not attempt to question his behavior or scientific rigor or you will lose the job; Lab disorganized and falling apart; You will not have a technical team to grow with.
