The time off, & onsite coworkers are nice

I have nothing hateful to say, but i have become desolate working here. A shell of the person I once was. The pay is horrible, yes you make commission but really only to a certain extent. Supporting myself and my child on a $900 check every 2 weeks is not easy. The regionals are mean, not a single one is there to help you. I dread going to work. You can’t be yourself either, it’s a cult and you MUST obey them. This job bleeds into my home life even on my days off i’m being bothered. Also a job that REQUIRES you to work weekends when you have children is crazy. Also Sidney is the only realistic amazing one but we hardly see him. We love you dude.
