      Pros

      Good employee culture and loyalty. Good benefits including 401K matching contribution from employer. Good possibilities for advancement in certain departments.

      Cons

      In a company owned by General Electric, one must drink the Kool Aid, so to speak...Any advanced to higher positions must include a total surrender to their corporate culture and traditions, however silly or quasi scientific they may be.
