Pros
The team I managed on the floor were great! Hard workers and results driven. Majority of them were friendly. Company had a great profit share program for the workers on the floor.
Cons
The National Ops Manager was old school aggressive. Saw a couple of people break down in front of him. That was a key motivation for leaving.
