      Pros

      Pay was ok and some non-family staff knew what they were doing.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Owner was a bully went around screaming at people for silly things. Lots of the owners relatives work there and they get away with doing very little. Owner spends time going around to review site like this one writing fake positive reviews. Huge staff turnover so it was a novelty to come in on a monday to find out who had walked out or been fired. Worst company I ever worked for.

      Pros

      Working with Ardri Marble is a good experience for me to enhance my skills in selling and negotiations. Teamwork is very important and my team works together to accomplish our goal, that is, to hit our target.

      Cons

      I think the targets for the sales team, it has to be based on factual sales history per month in order to achieve sales target accordingly and to continuously motivate the individuals.
