Abysmall treatment of employees. You don’t count nor does your opinion and your performance will be reviewed constantly. You can be hard at work, but not one bit of praise or thank you at the end of the day and no interest whatsoever in why staff are so miserable. If you have been a loyal employee, have a young family, they care not, you will be sacked anyway. Definitely a 'profit before people' mentality, they don't have any interest in staff morale, health or welfare at all.
