      Cons

      Arctic IT is a small potatoes company. It essentially has no real offices and a small fleet of employees scattered sporadically in pockets around the country. The employees are less than elite and willing to work in a mediocre at best organization. The company has terrible infrastructure, policy and overall management. They don’t win many IT services deals and when they have it’s often because of partnerships. Wouldn’t recommend working there or doing business with this company. Stay away.

      Pros

      Being part of the Doyon family of companies provides a stable environment. The onboarding process is smooth, and there is a genuine culture of "tenacious ingenuity" where innovation is encouraged.

      Cons

      Benefits like health insurance are standard but could be more competitive compared to larger national tech firms.

      too many, bad leadership, bad internal manager leadership, wasteful Resources, Stuck in 2016 managerial style, too micro managing.
