Except Transportation nothing is good in this organization . No great experience and a bad few months not to remember in career
Cons
1) Management is not trustworthy 2) Senior Leaders 3 Sr staff - doesnt care of employees. They come and go at their own convinience 3) No Job security as there is only one client /Parent company Volt which is a sinking ship 4) Stone age technology and rude managers who doesnt even speak politely 5) 2 VP's are managing this small firm and they dont talk to employees 6 Bad Infrastruture -Favoritism at peak . HR is good only for conducting fun activities and cant take their own stand Employees are joining you by trusting the management and you keep providing there is no values and fire people . You never discuss no empathy no career path.No one even say bye or thank you when you are asked to go. Management - you are ruining lot of people's career.
